Embark on a journey through Seed City, an emerging city of hope that spans regions of the world from the greatest mountain ranges of the Himalayas in Asia to the deserts of West Africa. Many of these regions face extreme climatic conditions, isolation and limited resources leading to poverty-stricken communities.

As we travel through these regions we will discover the extraordinary efforts of planting seeds of hope and self reliance, country by country and village by village, lifting people out of poverty. For over a quarter century, Aga Khan Foundation U.S.A. (AKF USA) has been planting hope in the lives of people living in the poorest communities in Africa and Asia.

Participants must be > 10 years of age. Seed City will be built on Friday October 3rd, 2008 at the Dallas City Hall. Teams of up to seven members can participate in the Seed City Project. All participants must complete the Seed City Registration form. Those registering as teams will complete one registration form. Individuals will complete one registration form. Individuals will be assigned to a team and notified. Participants must register by September 8th, 2008.
